ALL RETURNS WILL BE CHECKED FOR ORIGINAL CONDITION. IF THE JEWELERY IS NOT RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, WE WILL REFUSE THE RETURN AND THE JEWELRY WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
ALL JEWELRY IS MADE WITH PATIENCE AND SECURITY AND HAS PASSED A QUALITY CHECK BEFORE IT IS SENT TO THE CUSTOMER. WE PACKAGE THE JEWELERY WELL AND SAFELY.
WE THEREFORE ENCOURAGE THE CUSTOMER TO CAREFULLY INSPECT THE PURCHASED JEWELERY AND CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS BY EMAIL: MIMI1981M@GMAIL.COM IF YOU NOTICE ANYTHING ABOUT THE JEWELERY.
You can exchange or return all online purchases in the Netherlands & Belgium. You have a 14-day reflection period from the day after receipt, after which you still have 14 days to return your purchase after canceling your purchase. For orders shipped outside the Netherlands & Belgium, the return costs are at your own expense. All returns must comply with our return conditions.
Return online order
If your purchase is not entirely satisfactory, you can easily return your order using the included digital purchase receipt for cancellation, stating the order number. You also have the option to cancel in another way, as long as you include your name, address and order number and email it to email@example.com
Exchange online order
If you return your online purchase by post, you can always exchange it for something of the same price.
- Indicate your exchange preference in the email. Your exchange will be processed as soon as your return has been received by us. If we cannot deliver your exchange, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 3 working days of receipt, but within 14 days of cancellation of your purchase.
- If you want to exchange the item for a completely different item or an item with a different price, you can easily order a new item and return the current item.
Return online order in store
You can easily return your (online) purchases in our store with the purchase receipt. Returned online orders cannot be exchanged and will not be refunded in store, but will be refunded to you within 3 working days of cancellation of your purchase to the payment method used to place the order.
If you want to make a different item or purchase the previously purchased item, this can be paid for as a regular purchase in the store or ordered via our webshop.
Returns outside the Netherlands
For orders shipped outside the Netherlands & Belgium, the return costs are at your own expense. If you want to exchange an order, you can return the item to be replaced and place a new order. This way you know immediately whether the item is still available.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
- Use the original packaging or a small box with soft filling for returns.
- Items may be viewed and tried on. If the item is used, we can pass on the depreciation.
- The cooling-off period for returning items is 14 days from the next day after receipt.
- After canceling the purchase, it must be returned within 14 days.
- Mikou will charge shipping costs if an order is not received or not picked up at the pick-up location. This is subject to the shipping costs that PostNL charges to consumers.
- Online exchange is only possible for an item of the same price in the Netherlands & Belgium.
- You cannot return your return with cash on delivery.
- For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, the risk and return costs are for your own account.
